Remodeling
Brian Martin brought considerable care and attention-to-detail to our home when he turned a useless walk-in closet into a well-organized and highly functional dressing area. He really proved himself. So it was a no brainer for us to hire him to apply vinyl siding to our 3,500 square foot home and install new gutters and downspouts. He and his team worked efficiently and quickly. The end result was grand. Now, when I need work done, I always call him first. He freely answers questions and provides good advice. He’ll never let me make a mistake. I like that about Brian.
Kitchen Remodel
We’re absolutely loving our new kitchen! I can’t help but smile every time I see it. It’s somehow better than I expected. Everyone was courteous, professional, and worked hard. We’re so so happy. It’s beautiful.
Master Bathroom
The quality of the workmanship was outstanding with much attention to detail and to our satisfaction. The contractors were very respectful of our space and very easy and pleasant to work with. The fixtures they recommend are high quality products. We have already scheduled two more projects with them. I highly recommend TMC for home improvement needs!
Basement Remodel
We have used TMC for several projects, ranging in size from addressing a foundation leak to completing a basement finish/remodel. Remodel a Bathroom
TMC Construction is amazing!! We recently remodeled not one but three bathrooms in our house. This was a HUGE project…10 weeks! We were very anxious and nervous for such a large reno project. However, after the first week, my nerves became excitement as we knew we picked the best team to help us! Brian and his amazing crew are so compassionate about their clients and their projects. Their attention to detail was nothing short of impressive (and I'm super picky!). They always arrived on time and communicated every day on how the projects were going. They were honest and respectful during this crazy long reno and guided us every step of the way! And they cleaned up every day!! Huge when your a mom of 3 kids! We loved their work so much that they are now remodeling my husbands office! Thank you so much, TMC!!!

Bathroom Remodel
TMC provided us with an excellent result in our bathroom remodel. They were punctual, always thoroughly cleaned up before leaving each day, and provided suggestions which went way above what others offered. We wholeheartedly would recommend them to anyone planning on a major remodel. We will definitely use this company again on future projects.
Master Bathroom
TMC did such a great job remodeling my hall bathroom that I hired them again to do my master bathroom. They once again did a fabulous job and I am very pleased with my beautiful new bathroom! I am hiring them to update my kitchen next! Thanks to Home Advisor for helping me find TMC.
Kitchen Remodel
This was our first experience w/TMC and we couldn’t have been happier! For sure they will be our “go to” guys next time we have a project! We love our remodeled kitchen and new fireplace surround! Brian Martin and Jeff Adler were so professional as were their craftsmen! Every step of the way was enjoyable: every appointment was punctual, every detail was covered, every deadline was met without delay, every expectation was exceeded! Team TMC resurfaced our fireplace surround and hearth; in our kitchen they installed a walnut block for our island top and painted the existing island cabinets, all countertops were replaced with granite and ceramic tile was placed on the backsplash, a new sink was installed along with microwave and oven/cooktop. I wish that I could post pictures – their work was beyond reproach!!!
Remodel a Bathroom
I Love my new Master bathroom. Brian was very helpful explaining the project and kept me ontime with selections. Frank and his team, Ashley and Cory just finished an awesome job. I love it!! They worked with me on changes I did on the fly and took great care installing my new huge stone tub. They cleaned up each day like they were not even there. They took care to not damage my belongings or the new fixtures they were installing. I felt like I had family coming over each day to work on my project. My dog even felt like they were old friends coming to visit. Fantastic Work! I know I will be using them on our next project.

Hyde Park Bathroom Remodels
We hired TMC to do two bathroom remodels. Brian and his crew at TMC Construction are very professional, competent and friendly. They were respectful of our property, and when the work day ended, they left our house clean and uncluttered. Their work is top notch, and making the client happy is their number one priority. We are very happy with the outcome. We would definitely use TMC again and highly recommend them.
Bathroom Remodel
TMC Construction was recommended by a neighbor. We initially hired them to redo our master bath. They did such an outstanding job that we asked them to redo our downstairs bath as well. The quality of work is excellent. They are very attentive to every need and request. They even painted our master bath three times until my wife was happy with the color! The owners take a personal interest in your project and are constantly checking in to make sure you are happy. Their crew was very professional and took extra time to insure the house was clean before they left every day. We had a few issues show up in the demolition (from previous construction). TMC fixed those issues without adding to our cost. They will not be the cheapest bid you will receive, but their work is worth every penny!
Master Bathroom
This is a very professional company. Brian and his team were a pleasure to work with. They arrived on time every day and cleaned up after themselves, including vacuuming and mopping. They completely gutted my huge master bathroom and they finished on time. I am planning on having them back to remodel two more bathrooms. I couldn’t be happier!
Hall Bathroom
This was our first time working with TMC for a remodel project at our home. We are thoroughly enjoying our new upstairs hall bathroom. The wait was worth it! Overall, it took three weeks (exactly the estimated time) and Brian, Frank, Kim, Carlie, and crew were easy to work with during prep and construction. We appreciated all the professional suggestions and touches, especially protecting our home from dust and dirt with carpet covering and vacuuming each night. We are pleased with the high quality and craftsmanship and highly recommend TMC!
