Loveland Ohio Master Bathroom
I hired TMC Construction to renovate a master bath. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism of everyone associated with TMC and the quality of the work. Starting with Kim who was very patient with me in choosing everything from flooring, tile, to the mirrors. She recommended colors that not only worked well together but also coordinated with the decor in the master bedroom. I can’t say enough about the work crew, Adam, Ben and Frank. They did a tremendous job with no details overlooked. They were all perfectionist when it came to their work and it shows. They cleaned up every day before they left and were very respectful of my home. I highly recommend TMC for any remodel job.
Loveland Ohio Guest Bathroom
This is the second time I have used TMC for a remodel project. First was finishing my basement and from Brian to Kim to Frank, Ben and the construction crew, they all were wonderful to work with, offered amazing recommendations and made it comfortable to have them in my house as they cleaned up daily and kept the dust to a minimum so hardly knew they were there. The latest project was my master bath and although we had some snags, Brian, Kim and Frank all worked hard to make sure I was happy every step of the way. The end product is amazing!!! They are headed back to do my guest bathroom when I come back up on the schedule and am looking forward to seeing them and working with them all again. I would recommend them for any of your remodeling needs!!!
Bathroom Remodel – Loveland
This group is top notch. Everything is done correctly and efficiently. They are polite and a pleasure to have in my home. I trust them implicitly. We have hired this company to do all three of our bathrooms and they all turned out beautifully. I would not even consider hiring a different company for any future remodel needs. They are a bit pricey but worth every penny. If something needs an adjustment after the project is finished, they will come back for adjustments. The client’s happiness with the project is very important to them. What a great company! I’m happy to recommend them for any remodel project.
Bathroom Remodel
We can’t say enough good things about the people of TMC and the quality of their work. We had to wait a bit for our turn; but once they started our bathroom remodel, they showed up every day until the job was done. Their attention to detail was most impressive; and the details are what make our new bathroom stand out. Ben and Adam are true craftsmen, as well as being kind and considerate people. They obviously take great pride in their work. They were also meticulous in the care they took for the rest of our house. You can tell the most about an organization when you see how they respond to a problem. Several weeks after our project was complete, we discovered a leak in the ceiling of the garage below the bathroom. A finishing nail had pierced a waterline – a fluke accident. The TMC team responded immediately. The leak was repaired and all of the drywall damage was repaired, In a matter of only a few days, you couldn’t tell there had been a problem. We love our new bathroom; and we look forward to working with TMC again when we remodel our kitchen.
Master Bathroom
The quality of the workmanship was outstanding with much attention to detail and to our satisfaction. The contractors were very respectful of our space and very easy and pleasant to work with. The fixtures they recommend are high quality products. We have already scheduled two more projects with them. I highly recommend TMC for home improvement needs!
Complete gutting and remodeling of my master bathroom
Project included removing everything down to the wall, rerouting plumbing to put shower in a different location than the original and enlarge, redesign of whole room – only thing I reused was my vanity. There is a brand new frameless glass shower that has a cool design that I found and they executed flawlessly! New quartz countertop, new sinks, fixtures, tile, mirrors, everything. Added a heated floor. Brian started me in on material selection in March – which allowed me to both take my time and keep moving. He has a colleague named Kim who helped me select the tile and quartz options. She was fantastic – I admit I do not have a good eye for color and I found the whole selection process rather intimidating until she came in, although I chose the selections ultimately. Believe me I took her opinion highly into consideration. The group of 5 who did the work also had suggestions. They were a professional and personable bunch, and picky with details which of course I appreciate. Same group works on all Brian’s projects. Now I am delighted! The whole room looks so much bigger and I am proud of the way it came together. The pictures are not going to show the really cool highlights in the accent tile, but there are really cool touches. . Because of the natural light from the window it’s just hard to photograph. I should also note this was an expensive endeavor, but I did get two other estimates before I selected TMC. JM Carver gave me an estimate over the phone and then told me to call them back when I was certain I would proceed. It was a good estimate, turned out to be in exactly the same ballpark as what I paid, but I got MUCH more and more personalized attention from Brian Martin of TMC, including a thank you note for allowing him to prepare his quote! He went over the quote IN person. The whole experience was just way more reassuring, and I felt important to him. The third quote was higher by about $4 thousand, though it was well done. and I really feel smart now! It is a beautiful job and I love it.
Kitchen Remodel
We recently had the TMC team remodel our kitchen. This was the second major project with Brian and his team as they completely remodeled our master bathroom and children’s bathroom a few years ago. The team is like family to us (even letting our dog out while we were at work). The quality and professionalism are best in class. Frank and Matt arrived every day when they said and always left the house cleaner than when they arrived. The team was there for us every step of the way from the initial design, to picking out the cabinets, flooring, countertops and always going the extra step. The team paid attention to every detail and made us feel comfortable throughout the journey. We completely trust them in our home and taking care of our house and look forward to working with them again. We would highly recommend them for any project.
Our Third Home Project
Working with TMC was a very good experience. Starting with Brian who listened to our needs and understood exactly what we were looking for. Brian’s communication establishing timeline expectations were always on point. Once the job started, Frank and crew (Cody & Adam) worked every day 8:30 – 5ish. This crew was amazing. Every morning they laid down gripper drop cloths over the carpet and luxury vinyl flooring. Each evening before going home, they would pick up all drop cloths, run the sweeper over the carpet and damp mop the vinyl flooring, and even dust the area. TMC installed a full bathroom in our unfinished basement. TMC hung plastic sheets to seal themselves into the work area. Through all the jackhammering of the cement floor, cutting of wood, and sanding of drywall they ran an awesome air cleaner machine. That air cleaner machine is amazing in it’s own right! The dust from the overall project was kept to a minimum. In 2.5 weeks TMC completed the task of creating a wonderful downstairs bathroom for us. We would recommend TMC Construction to anyone who asks.
Kitchen Makeover
This is the second time we’ve used TMC and we are just as pleased with them this time as last time. After agreeing to a contract, the TMC team coordinates the delivery of all the material to be available when they start working on your home. With this advanced planning, the construction team can come in and complete the job with little interruption. They have developed a relationship with their supply base that allows them the ability to get material to facilitate unexpected interruptions. They were also flexible to address additional improvements requested by us. The skilled workmanship, attention to detail and customer satisfaction is the best. We upgraded our kitchen cabinets, backsplash, faucet, sink , six e glass windows and one e glass sliding door. TMC’s expertise also allowed us to keep our existing granite countertops as part of this remodel. Brian worked with us on design/coordination/communication of the entire project. Kim and Carlie worked hard to help us find our new unique backsplash tile and cabinets. The construction team (Frank, Ben, Adam, Justin) were punctual, professional, courteous, hard working, trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. We only wanted TMC for this job because of the quality of skilled workmanship and great communication we knew we would get. Every day all work areas were well protected. Every night all trash was removed and work areas cleaned up. We loved our kitchen remodel and would highly recommend TMC. We are planning on having them do additional work for us in the future.
Master Bathroom Remodel
TMC is amazing!! From start to finish they got you covered. Their high quality work and attention to detail is second to none. We had our master bathroom completely remodeled. The large jacuzzi tub and window were replaced with a custom built large walk in shower, custom niche and smaller energy glass window. We also had a new vanity with a tower, granite counter tops, linen closets, toilet and custom built mirror frames installed. Brian worked with us on the design/coordination/communication of the entire project. Kim guided us on granite, cabinet, tile, paint, and fixture selections that naturally fit in with our current home style. Frank, Ben, Adam and Cody were at our house daily skillfully installing our choices and asking our input when needed. We had no problem leaving them alone at the house as they felt like part of our family. Every morning the work areas were well protected. Every night before leaving, the protection was removed, work areas wiped down, vacuumed and mopped. Our daily activities were never interrupted. Each team member was punctual, professional, courteous, hard working, took pride in what they did and worked well together with customer satisfaction as the number one goal. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. We loved our bathroom remodel and would highly recommend TMC.

Master Bathroom Full Makeover
We have been planning on remodeling our master bathroom since we moved into our home 5 years ago. The bathroom was dated and various pieces were in desperate need of upgrades with our shower valves starting to pull out from the wall and carpet on the floor near our bathtub.
We started to search for a contractor and heard many pitches of how great the bathroom would look, but were given a price tag that was a quarter of our house price. We were starting to give up hope that we would find anyone with a reasonable price that would be willing to work with us.
We received Brian’s contact information from a neighbor who had used him for their master bathroom. He was very realistic and reasonable with us on the pricing taking us seriously on what we wanted to accomplish and providing options.
During the next few months, we worked with his design consultant Kim who helped to offer advice on how to bring our design ideas to life and making suggestions from her experience. We have been looking forward to the transformation ever since and could not be more pleased. Each morning the guys cover our floors and furniture, then vacuum and clean up like they were never there each night.
While my husband and I have been working from home, they’ve been respectful in checking in with us as needed and keep doors shut to be cognizant of noise. They have asked each step of the way to confirm what it is that we would like for laying the tile, grout, paint color, etc. to make sure it’s exactly what we want.
It’s been amazing to see the transformation and you can tell they are taking great care to make sure it’s all done correctly giving us details on what they have done along the way and why. We are nearing the end of our remodel, but already have them set to come back for the next project in May! Looking forward to working with Brian, Kim, Ben, Frank, Adam and Justin again!

We hired TMC to do two bathroom remodels. Brian and his crew at TMC Construction are very professional, competent and friendly. Remodel Master Bathroom
TMC just completed a makeover of our master bathroom with fine craftsmanship and in a professional manner. From the beginning of the project to completion, there was a plan that was put in place with our approval for each step. The level of communication was tremendous and on a daily basis so everyone was on the same page. The builders were on-time every morning and the work area was cleaned at the end of each day. They worked hard and we’re extremely nice to work with. I highly recommend TMC and would use their services again in the future.
